Job Title: Learner Success Mentor

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Learner Success Mentor to support learners throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a learner-first mindset, and the ability to guide and motivate students to successfully complete their programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day learner queries within defined SLAs
• Mentor learners by providing academic guidance, motivation, and goal-setting support
• Communicate weekly milestones and updates via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Track learner engagement and adapt mentorship strategies accordingly
• Manage multiple learners effectively while identifying their strengths and development areas
• Ensure a positive learner experience through proactive support and communication

Skills Required

• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• High customer-centric approach and learner empathy
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain consistent learner engagement and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in mentoring, customer success, academic support, or learner engagement is preferred

Work Details

• 6-day working week
• Weekends mandatory (WFH/Remote on weekends)
• 1 weekday off
