This is aSummer Internshipwithhybrid/remote flexibility, along with on-ground exposure at our site inKhopoli, Maharashtra, when required.

Role:Summer Intern (Hybrid / Remote)

Preferred Location:Navi Mumbai / Pune (for hybrid collaboration)

Site Exposure:Khopoli, Maharashtra (as needed)

As a Summer Intern, you will work closely with the core team on real, high-impact projects across sustainability, operations, and innovation. Your role will involve:

• Branding & marketing strategy development
• Supply chain & operations understanding
• Customer onboarding & engagement
• Conducting research and analyzing industry trends in recycling and circular economy
• Supporting ongoing sustainability and waste-to-resource projects
• Contributing to the development and optimization of recycling processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical and strategic initiatives
• Assisting in testing materials, evaluating outputs, and improving efficiency
• Preparing reports, insights, and project documentation

This role offers hands-on exposure to building and scaling solutions in the clean energy and recycling ecosystem.

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Basic understanding of sustainability, recycling technologies, or environmental systems
• Problem-solving mindset with an interest in process improvement and optimization
• Effective communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in standard tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inManagement (MBA), Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
• Prior exposure or interest incircular economy / waste-to-value solutionsis a plus
• MBA or B.E. Chemical / M.E. Chemical candidates will have an added advantage

• Hands-on experience in a fast-growing clean-tech startup
