We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to implement, configure, and support CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of MS Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for MS Dynamics CRM.
Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Engagement.
Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions tailored to business processes.
Facilitate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in troubleshooting issues.
Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with other systems.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest MS Dynamics features and industry trends.
Assist in data migration and data management activities.
Support project management activities including planning and reporting.
