Were looking for an Operations Associate who doesn't just push papers but ensures seamless, flawless execution. You will be the backbone of our end-to-end study abroad services, managing university applications, visa compliance, and crucial documentation. You aren't here to follow a micromanaged checklist; you are here to take absolute ownership of the student's final mile.

This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility. Not someone who wants a quiet, safe desk jobsomeone who wants to make a massive impact and own their results.

What You'll Do

• Drive the Application Lifecycle: Oversee profile assessments, university shortlisting, online submissions, and tracking, ensuring every student is matched perfectly to their academic goals and budgets.
• Demand Document Excellence: Manage and finalise critical application documents, driving the execution of elite Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
• Master Visa & Compliance: Provide expert, step-by-step guidance for visa applications (US, UK, Canada, Germany, etc.). Youll stay ahead of immigration rules and financial evidence requirements to ensure zero visa rejections.
• Own the Network: Act as the primary liaison between university partners, embassies, and external service providers (loans, accommodation, health insurance).
• Deliver Reassurance: Leverage your expertise to address student and parent apprehensions regarding finances, culture, and career prospects.
• Maintain Pristine Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date student records using our in-house CRM, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of operations experience in consulting, ed-tech, or services. (Freshers with an absolute hunger to prove themselves and excellent organisational skills are welcome).
• A meticulous eye for detail in research and file managementmistakes cost students their dreams, and we don't compromise on quality.
• Radical Candour: You must be comfortable giving blunt, constructive feedback to anyone in the company, and absorbing intense feedback without letting your ego get in the way.
• Total Accountability: You thrive in an environment with zero hand-holding. You take a problem, own it, and solve it.
• Deep operational knowledge (or the relentless drive to learn it fast) of the application and visa processes for top study destinations.
