Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The Study Abroad Counselor - Senior will guide students through their study abroad journey by offering tailored advice on program selection, handling application processes, and assisting with visa formalities. The responsibilities also include counseling students on career prospects, maintaining communication with universities, organizing seminars or workshops, and keeping up-to-date on international education trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling and career guidance, with a focus on study abroad opportunities
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, application procedures, and visa requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and documentation processes simultaneously
• Experience in client relationship management and building partnerships with institutions
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM tools for efficient reporting and student management
• Ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Previous experience in study abroad consultancy or related fields preferred
• Salary package between 3.5 lpa to 5 lpa
