Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Course Advisor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career goals, and helping them enroll in suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic counselling to prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings

Understand students career goals and recommend suitable programs (e.g., Data Science, AI, MBA, etc.)

Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions

Maintain and update student data in CRM systems

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets

Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student support

Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and application days

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

13 years of experience in sales, counselling, or education advisory (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Target-driven mindset with a passion for education

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Salary 25K +
