Studio Manager

What this role is

You will be the operational backbone of Gemius. Every brand we work on, every vertical we operate in runs through you on the backend. You will be the person who ensures that the thinking translates into execution, that the teams are aligned, that deadlines hold, and that the quality of work across every client and every department reflects what Gemius stands for.

This is a rare role. It requires breadth and depth at the same time.

What you will own

• End-to-end operations across all brand verticals and client accounts
• Cross-functional team leadership - creative, strategy, digital, growth, and production working in sync
• Workflow, process, and delivery standards across the studio
• Quality control across all outgoing work, before it reaches the client
• Resource planning and team bandwidth management
• Identifying gaps in processes and building systems that fix them
• Being the bridge between senior leadership and the execution teams

What we are looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the marketing industry (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Wide exposure across brand strategy, creative communications, SEO & digital marketing, content, and web - you don't need to be an expert in all of it, but you need to understand all of it well enough to lead people who are
• A track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams with clarity and calm
• Someone who gives feedback directly, takes ownership seriously, and brings solutions not problems
• Strong enough to hold a team accountable, humble enough to work alongside them
