BASI Pilatesa globally respected Pilates education and studio brand present across 6 continents and 55+ countriesis expanding in India. We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead operations at our Noida studio.

About the Role

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day studio operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a clear focus on sales, conversions, and member retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling
• Manage, train, and support instructors & front-desk teams
• Handle enquiries, calls, and lead conversions efficiently
• Ensure a seamless, premium client experiencefrom enquiry to retention
• Drive memberships, trials, and overall studio revenue
• Maintain high standards of operations, reporting, and brand consistency

Who Were Looking For

• Experience managing a Pilates or premium fitness studio
• Prior calling and sales experience is a must
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Client-focused with a sales and growth mindset
• Professional, detail-oriented, and aligned with high standards
