Summer Internship Opportunity | Real Estate Market Research | Chennai
Were building something different in Chennais luxury real estate space and were looking for sharp, curious minds to be part of it.
Role: Summer Intern Real Estate Market Study
Location: Chennai (On-ground role)
Stipend: 15,000/month
Duration: 23 months
This is not a typical desk internship.
Youll be working closely with the founding team on real, high-value market intelligence:
- Conduct on-ground property research across key micro-markets in Chennai
- Interact with developers, brokers, and local stakeholders
- Collect and analyze data on pricing, demand trends, and project positioning
- Assist in building structured market reports and insights
- Support in evaluating luxury and mid-segment residential projects
Were looking for interns who are:
- Currently pursuing BBA / BCom / Management / Hotel Management
- Curious about real estate, business, and investments
- Comfortable with field work + conversations with industry professionals
- Detail-oriented and able to structure information clearly
- Based in Chennai and available for full-time, in-person work
- Real exposure to Chennais evolving real estate market
- Hands-on experience in market research, analysis, and advisory thinking
- Opportunity to work directly with founders building a premium real estate advisory brand
