Role Summary
Own and drive end-to-end delivery of structured cabling / connected building projects for US clients, ensuring SLA adherence, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction, while managing resources, risks, and financial performance.
Must-Have Requirements
Client & Communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong experience working with US clients/stakeholders
- Ability to handle escalations and build client relationships
Commercial Acumen
Hands-on experience in:
- Budgeting & cost control
- Profit/margin management
- Exposure to P&L elements (WIP, invoicing, cost tracking)
Domain Expertise
Experience in:
- Structured Cabling / Network Cabling Projects
Also known as:
- Connected Buildings
- Construction Cabling (US)
- Exposure to enterprise/commercial deployments (fibre + copper preferred)
Project Management & Delivery
- Strong experience in Waterfall methodology
- End-to-end SoW execution & SLA delivery
- Resource planning, staffing, and utilisation management
Governance, KPIs & KRAs
Experience managing:
- KPIs: Utilization, CSAT, Attrition, Project overruns
- KRAs: Delivery efficiency, SLA compliance, quality metrics
- Conduct project reviews and performance tracking
Risk & Operations Management
Strong in:
- Risk identification & mitigation
- Escalation handling
- Delivery governance
- Drive operational excellence and process maturity
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Ownership
- Own project execution, SLA adherence, and delivery quality
- Ensure alignment with contractual and financial goals
2. Resource Management
- Allocate tasks, manage utilisation, onboarding, and training
- Monitor team performance, motivation, and attrition
3. Financial Governance
- Manage budgets, margins, and cost forecasts
- Support invoicing, WIP tracking, and P&L accuracy
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as key delivery contact for US clients
- Handle escalations and maintain strong engagement
5. Performance & Reporting
- Track and report KPIs/KRAs
- Conduct periodic project and team reviews
6. Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements and delivery excellence
- Work with quality/assurance teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 815 years of experience
- Background in:
- Network infrastructure / structured cabling
- System integrators/telecom/construction tech
- Strong mix of technical + delivery + financial ownership
