Role Description The Structural Designer will work on-site in Nashik in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and development of structural components for renewable energy projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed construction drawings, developing structural designs for steel and civil works, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves using computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create accurate models and drawings, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and reviewing designs for safety, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness. The Structural Designer will also assist in structural analysis, material selection, and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and best practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of load analysis, codes, and design principles.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for modeling, drafting, and detailing structural components.
Candidates should possess capabilities in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for foundations, steel structures, and associated civil works.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Steel Design, including member sizing, connections, and fabrication considerations for renewable energy structures.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects, particularly solar or integrated energy systems, is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and basic project coordination practices.
