Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of PEB steel, LGSF, and RCC structures as per relevant IS codes
• Apply DFMA and industrialised construction principles for efficient prefab design
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and BIM-based modelling
• Prepare BOQs, structural BOM, and construction/shop drawings
• Ensure design validation (IITM/approvals) and compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, and erection teams for smooth execution
• Establish and monitor quality control procedures for fabrication and erection
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and safety standards
• Drive cost optimisation, material selection, and constructability improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and focus on continuous improvement & innovation
