About the Role

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering highquality structural detailing, manufacturing documentation, and close coordination with shop and site teams. The role demands strong technical knowledge, precision, and a solid understanding of structural components and fabrication processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic engineering environment and enjoys working handson with manufacturing and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Design and Detailing to Manufacture for complex structural components
• Coordinate with Shop & Site teams to resolve design or fabrication challenges
• Handle Material Management aspects including:
• Nesting
• MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
• Material Take-off
• Prepare Project Assembly Guides and Process Flow Manuals
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as:
• P&IDs
• MIDs
• PFDs
• Vendor Drawings / Documentation
• Create fabrication-specific drawings and support the shop floor for discrepancies
• Manage engineering documentation including:
• Change Requests (CR)
• Checklists
• Weekly Reports
• Delivery Trackers
• Work extensively with structural components and understand their manufacturing processes

CAD Tools & Software

• AutoCAD
• Advance Steel (Must have experience)
• Creo / SolidWorks Added Advantage

Experience Required

• 24 Years in Structural Design / Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of structural fabrication and detailing processes
