We are building our Structural Design team and looking for engineers who want to grow with us.

About the Role

We are hiring a Structural Design Engineer to work on steel tower design, substation structures, switchyard structures, and foundations across India and international projects.

This role is open to:

Engineers with 13 years in structural design (any domain)

Structural engineers from buildings, industrial, PEB, bridges, or infrastructure who want to move into power sector design

Fresh graduates with strong structural fundamentals and a willingness to learn

We will train you on PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, and all transmission-specific workflows.

What You Will Work On

Structural design and analysis of transmission line steel lattice towers

Design of substation and switchyard steel structures

Tower foundation design pad & chimney, pile, drilled pier

3D structural modelling using PLS-TOWER and STAAD.Pro

Preparation of construction drawings GA, detail, and fabrication drawings

Design calculations and technical documentation

Applying Indian and international codes IS 800, IS 802, IS 1893, IEC 60826, ASCE, BS EN

What We Are Looking For

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.Tech is a plus)

Experience in any of the following:

Transmission line or substation structures (preferred but not mandatory)

Industrial steel structures or PEB

RCC or steel building structures

Bridges, towers, or infrastructure projects

Software Skills:

STAAD.Pro working knowledge required

PLS-TOWER / PLS-CADD prior experience is a plus, training will be provided

AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting proficiency required

MS Excel for calculations and load data

Ability to work in a fast-growing, hands-on team

Good communication in English
