Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Strategy Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Strategy Intern will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, developing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing detailed business reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, evaluating company performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals. This role is designed for candidates seeking hands-on experience in strategic decision-making within the heavy equipment industry.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data
• Experience in conducting in-depth research and preparing detailed strategic reports
• Proficiency in tools related to data analysis, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the heavy equipment, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects efficiently
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
