Build pricing + markdown frameworks
Partner with buying/sourcing to cut costs without killing vibe

Having 13 yrs experience (retail/D2C/consulting = plus)
Sharp with numbers, sharper with action
Hands-on, Excel-first; SQL/Python/VBA = bonus
