Strategic Planning and Business Development

• Market and Economy Analysis and Reporting
• Competition Analysis and Reporting
• Business Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Support Board Meetings through timely data preparation and analysis
• Pause & Reflect Core Management Committee Meetings
• Support on Weekly Sales & Service Reviews, Analysis & Update

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Progress Plan
• Strategy Review
• Budget Plan
• Operational Plan
• Various Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Other Analysis

• M&A Evaluation and Analysis
• Export Data Analysis
• Data Acquisition and Analysis of Sales, Service and Operations Quarterly Meets

Other responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement activities
• Maintain firm & fair collaboration and approach with cross-functions
• Make use of 4Q, 8D, Poka-Yoke in Strategic Planning activities

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering (MBA will be an added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector (experience in multi-cultural MNC shall be preferred)
• Excellent English (written and verbal) Communication Skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Language(s) & level: Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada

External & Internal Relationships:

External: Customers, Suppliers and Project heads

Internal: Various Business units of Nidec, all cross functional/departments.
