Role Overview

Lead our store in Phoenix Market City, Pune. Setting high standards for sales, service, and team excellence.

What Youll Do

Launch & Lead: Drive the store opening, set up the team, and build strong sales culture.

Sales Driver: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through smart strategies and daily

motivation.

Customer Experience Curator: Ensure every visitor has a delightful, brand-first

experience.

Team Builder: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-energy team aligned to Uni Seouls

values.

Operations Master: Manage stock, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance with

precision.

Brand Face: Represent Uni Seoul as a cultural and lifestyle brand ambassador in the

city.

What Youll Bring

36 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-footfall lifestyle/fashion

stores.

Proven record of hitting sales goals and driving team performance.

Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor a young, diverse team.

High ownership mindset thrive in new setups and fast-paced environments.
