- Store Manager: Minimum 4+ years of experience in retail/store management
- Candidates must have experience with EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) fashion brands
- For Chennai location, proficiency in the local language is mandatory
- Drive store sales and achieve targets (revenue, conversion, ATV)
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Manage daily store operations smoothly
- Handle inventory, stock control, and shrinkage
- Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
