Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Store Manager for a leading designer brand specializing in luxury accessories and ready-to-wear for both women and men. The role involves managing store operations, driving high-value sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets
- Manage high-value business (5060 lakhs or above)
- Deliver superior customer experience aligned with luxury standards
- Oversee daily store operations, team management, and inventory control
- Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
- Build and nurture relationships with premium clientele
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional presence
- Experience in handling high-end/luxury customers
- Ability to manage and drive store performance
Preferred Profile:
Candidates from premium or luxury retail brands will be preferred
