Job Description
TA 66 is a 26-seater Thai tasting menu restaurant located in the heart of Churchgate, Mumbai. Built around an intimate 7-course dining experience, TA 66 focuses on serving authentic Thai cuisine crafted by experienced Thai master chefs, while delivering warm, detail-oriented hospitality in a thoughtfully designed space.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Steward at TA 66. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the hospitality industry who understands the importance of guest interaction, professionalism, and maintaining high operational standards.
This is not a Captain position. The role is hands-on and includes all day-to-day stewarding and restaurant support responsibilities required to maintain smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Immediate joining is preferred.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the restaurant at all times
- Clean and reset tables before, during, and after service
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
- Support with sweeping, mopping, polishing, and maintaining cleanliness of guest areas and service stations
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly maintained
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Assist guests throughout their dining experience with warmth and attentiveness
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
- Help with carrying trays, running food, clearing tables, and maintaining service flow
- Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols
- Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks as required by the management team
- Minimum few years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management is preferred
- 6 days working
- Monday fixed weekly off
- Sunday operates as a break shift for the entire team
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
