Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Qualification: M.Sc. or B.Tech (Science/Engineering background preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven STEM Facilitator who can deliver engaging learning experiences, manage multiple centres, and inspire young learners through hands-on STEM activities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with children and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate STEM sessions across multiple centres using interactive and experiential learning methods
Manage and coordinate operations across different centres effectively
Ensure smooth execution of sessions while maintaining quality and consistency
Train and guide facilitators or team members when required
Use technology effectively to enhance learning experiences
Support curriculum implementation and adapt activities based on student needs
Monitor student progress and provide feedback when necessary
Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion with attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualities:

Should have a keen interest in STEM
Have an edge working with children
Should be a quick learner
Should be comfortable training and managing a team
A stickler for quality someone who follows through on commitments
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
