Position: State Head ICICI Consumer Durable (CD) Business

Location: Noida

Level: State Head (SH)

CTC: Up to Rs 12 LPA (Based on Last Drawn Salary)

Experience Required: Minimum 7-10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead the Consumer Durable (CD) business for the ICICI process. This role demands aggressive sales leadership, strong dealer network management, and ownership of states-level operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

Drive Consumer Durable business across the assigned state or s

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets

Channel & Partner Management

Build and manage strong relationships with dealers/assigned Consumer Durable stores

Strengthen front-end partnerships and tie-ups

Team Leadership

Lead, train & motivate the sales team

Should be able to Pitch to the clients /Customers

Monitor performance and drive productivity

Operations & Strategy

Ensure smooth execution & compliance

Analyze market trends & competitor activity

Implement strategies to improve market share

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Consumer Durable (CD) Sales

Proven track record in team handling & target achievement

Experience managing large territories / state-level roles

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Preferred background in Consumer Durable Financing only

Travel Requirement (Important)

This role requires extensive travel across the states

Regular field visits for dealer engagement, relationship building & sales generation

Candidates is required comfortable with regular on-ground presence

Preferred Candidate Profile

Exposure to ICICI or similar CD financing processes

Strong dealer/distributor network

Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
