Standard Cell Layout Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Standard Cell Layout Engineers to support library development projects at our Hyderabad location. The role involves working on standard cell layout across multiple foundries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard cell layouts for library development
• Work across different foundries and process technologies
• Ensure high-quality, DRC/LVS-clean layouts
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and hiring managers

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Standard Cell Layout
• Experience with library development is mandatory
• Strong exposure to planar and FinFET technologies (FinFET experience is an added advantage)
• Proficiency with KLayout (currently the only supported tool)
• Ability to work independently and handle project-critical timelines

• KLayout (mandatory)
• Experience with other tools is not required at this time
