Job Description:

Exp : 4-8 Yrs

Tool : CAD/AUTOFORM/PAMSTAMP

Software : Catia / UG NX

Required Skill :

• Autoform -Forming simulations for the Closures and Trim Panels & G3 progressive Panels.
• Die Face Development using CAD/AUTOFORM/PAMSTAMP software's.
• Process Preparation for the Stamping Tooling and check the total feasibility of the parts.
• Required to propose the product changes based on the analysis.
• Required to decide the process requirements based on the product.
• Need to carryout the engineering changes feasibility using CAD.
• Need to conform the feasibility based on the Global standard and benchmark systems.
• Need to carry out the Hot stamping parts Feasibility studies in Autoform.
• Autoform Material card generationa nd fair idea about Material physical and chemical properties.
• Aspect evaluation of the stamping skin parts using Autoform(Cold) is a must.
• Springback analysis and spring back compensation in the CAD data before TKOM(Hot & Cold).
• Need to understand the Hot stamping Materials behaviours in various zones(Hot).

Requirements

• B-Tech/B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die
• Autoform Simulation Software's _Hotstamping Module,prog Module,Skin panel analysis

Tooling Concept and Techniques, Die Design Surface data
