Position: Staff Enterprise Technology Engineer (IAM)

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 810 years (minimum 5 years in IAM)

Education: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science/IT/Maths or hard science

Role Overview:

Our client organization requires a capable experienced individual to join as a member of a diverse DevOps team of engineers accountable for managing identity governance and lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers) while working closely with IAM platforms, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance IAM operations and automation
• Own incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Design, develop, and optimize IAM processes and workflows
• Ensure security, compliance, and policy adherence
• Work in an Agile environment, owning end-to-end delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members
• Prepare documentation and requirement specifications

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping)
• Strong expertise in IAM integration, architecture, and scaling
• Knowledge of authentication models (RBAC, ABAC, risk-based access)
• Experience in IAM solution design and implementation
• Understanding of security frameworks, audits, and compliance
• Proficiency in data analysis/tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IAM infrastructure
• Basic scripting/automation skills
• Knowledge of network security and disaster recovery
