About the Role

Willware Technologies is seeking an experienced BMC SSO & Reporting Engineer with strong expertise in BMC Remedy / AR System, SSO technologies, Smart Reporting, and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise authentication systems while delivering reporting and analytics solutions for business and security needs.

Key Responsibilities

BMC Remedy / AR System Administration

• Design, configure, and support BMC Remedy / AR System applications
• Manage and maintain BMC Remedy SSO integrations
• Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

SSO Configuration & Troubleshooting

• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applications
• Implement and manage authentication protocols including:
• SAML 2.0
• OAuth 2.0
• LDAP / Active Directory
• Resolve authentication failures, federation issues, token validation, and certificate-related problems

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain BMC Smart Reporting / Analytics dashboards
• Generate user authentication, audit, compliance, and operational reports
• Use SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting optimization

ITSM Support

• Work with Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules
• Support issue resolution for authentication-related incidents
• Collaborate with ITSM teams for root cause analysis and process improvements

Security & Compliance

• Ensure secure identity access management practices
• Monitor login trends, failed authentications, and compliance reporting
• Support internal and external audits related to user access governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 57 years of hands-on experience in BMC Remedy / AR System
• Strong experience in BMC Remedy SSO
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with BMC Smart Reporting / Analytics
• Strong SQL querying and reporting skills
• Good understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
• Experience in troubleshooting enterprise authentication systems
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit reporting

Preferred Skills

• ITIL framework understanding
• Experience with BMC Helix
• IAM / Identity Access Management knowledge
• Power BI / Tableau (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
