Sr.Software Developer-UI

The Software Developer UI designs, develops, and maintains user interfaces for Allplans desktop applications using C#/WPF. This role works closely in cross-functional teams, focusing on modern UI/UX practices and high-quality user experiences.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, develop, and maintain WPF user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional application features.

Ensure code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and adherence to UI best practices.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to UI standards and best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues to optimize usability and performance.

Contribute to documentation, unit testing, and continual process improvement for UI components.

Stay current with WPF, .NET, and UI/UX trends and propose improvements to enhance interface quality.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Several years of experience developing user interfaces with C#/WPF in a professional environment.

Experience with Web UI development

Deep understanding of UI design principles, MVVM architecture, and modern application best practices.

Proven ability to create clean, maintainable, and scalable UI code.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Ability to independently deliver high-quality features while mentoring junior developers.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages and agile methodologies is a plus.
