SRE Engineers Production Support & Automation
About the Role
We are hiring two SRE engineers with strong production support background and deep experience in automation. These engineers will ensure stability, handle incidents, and build automation to reduce manual toil.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 production support for mission-critical systems
- Perform incident management, RCA, and problem management
- Automate operational workflows using:
- Ansible
- Python
- Shell scripting
- Manage Linux/Docker/Kubernetes environments
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve realtime issues
- Apply Travel domain knowledge for reliability improvements
MustHave Skills
- Strong L1/L2/L3 production support experience
- Automation: Python, Ansible, Shell scripting
- Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
- Observability: Dynatrace, OTEL
GoodtoHave
- IBM MQ, Kafka, GitHub, Cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with AIops (BigPanda)
