Sr. WordPress Developer

We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-performing websites and who isn't afraid to leverage AI tools to move faster.

Requirements

• Strong experience with WordPress themes and plugins, including custom development
• Proficient in PHP comfortable building custom themes and plugins from scratch
• Fluent with page builders: Elementor, Divi Builder, WPBakery, or similar
• Comfortable using WP-CLI for managing WordPress environments, running migrations, and automating tasks from the command line
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a WordPress context
• Working knowledge of Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, with an understanding of agentic workflows and how to apply them to development tasks

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on WordPress development experience, including custom theme and plugin development in PHP. Applications with less than 4 years of relevant experience will not be considered.

AI fluency is a real requirement here we actively use AI coding tools in our workflow, and candidates who can direct, review, and integrate AI-generated code will have a strong advantage.
