Required Skills & Experience

Technical Experience

• 8+ years of integration experience with 5+ years in MuleSoft
• Strong hands‑on expertise in:
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• API‑Led Connectivity
• DataWeave (complex transformations)
• REST, RAML, JSON, XML
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as:
• SAP (ECC / S4), Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, databases, and SaaS platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Leadership & Practice Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer
• Strong stakeholder communication and architectural thinking
• Experience contributing to CoE, standards, or capability frameworks
• Ability to balance hands‑on delivery with practice‑level ownership

Good to Have

• MuleSoft Developer certification
• Experience with:
• Large‑scale or multi‑region integration programs
• Integration modernization or migration initiatives
• AI‑enabled or automation‑driven integration use cases
• Exposure to MFT / B2B integrations is a plus
