Job Description
Seeking a proven software support engineer to support and manage a large business applicaiton having Contract lifecycle (CLM), Recruitment(ATS), HR Payroll and Billing functions.
Responsibilities
- Support users on day to day software support requeests
- Provide user training and useer effectiveness monitoring
- Understand user requirements, develop requirements document (BRD/SRS) and FIT-GAP analysis
- Coordinate with software development team to get the customization complete
- Perform internal testing and UAT Testing before moving the software to production
- Monitor day to day applcation performance
- Good exposure to writing complex SQL queries and java script to implement validations and to write contract scripts
Qualifications
- An Engineering degree with excellent communicatioon skills
- 5+ Years in software appliction delivery and support
- Reeady for fulltime onsite role at Sector 1, Gurugram
