Sr. QA Engineer

RedDoorz, Southeast Asias leading hospitality brand, is looking for a QA Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on testing experience to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Drive end-to-end software quality across multiple releases.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform testing for Web and Mobile applications (Android & iOS).
• Conduct API and Database testing (must-have).
• Execute test cycles, track results, log defects, and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Continuously improve test coverage, QA processes, and effectiveness.
• Ensure high quality while working in an agile, fast-moving environment.

What Were Looking For

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC.
• Experience with multiple testing types and techniques.
• Exposure to automation testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of security and performance testing is a plus.
• Ability to understand business requirements and think both technically and functionally.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable under tight timelines.
