Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Python Backend Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics (Application Performance Monitoring).
• Experience in performance analysis, root cause identification, and troubleshooting using AppDynamics.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills

• AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud exposure.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or other observability tools.
• DevOps / SRE exposure.
