Job Description:
- As part of Solutions Consulting, Innovation & Business Growth team, work closely with Insurance Practice leadership on strategic solutions build & growth initiatives
- Drive business growth strategy, curate pitches for key deals and proactive client pitches across global farming, hunting accounts
- Contribute actively to innovation & growth initiatives and creation of new value propositions working with Sales; Marketing; AI/Innovation Labs; TechM Practices; InsurTechs
- Help drive multi-fold GTM strategy Geo/Account level campaigns; Engagement with Industry Analysts, Advisors & Consultants; Insurtech partner ecosystem
- Lead market research to identify key trends and innovative solutions for geo level Account penetration & expansion
- Lead Insurance client engagement during CxO India visits for key accounts
- Good experience in leveraging Powerpoint & MSOffice to create impactful presentations
- Key Soft Skills - Strong written & verbal communication, Analytical Mindset, Strategic Thinking, Cross-Team Collaboration
