We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion P2P Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of functional knowledge and technical awareness to support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience across the full P2P lifecycle, including reporting, issue analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), patch validation, and implementation of enhancements. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Requisitioning, Purchasing, Receiving, Invoicing, and Payments
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules: Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Manage approval workflows, supplier setups, invoice matching (2-way/3-way), and payment configurations
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement solutions
• Support new feature implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
• Assist in month-end and period-end activities
• Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Participate in patch validation, regression testing, and quarterly upgrades
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data-related issues
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Deep functional knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in supplier lifecycle, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience in configuration and production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA expertise
• Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher
• Experience in patch validation, regression testing, and Oracle quarterly release cycles
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, and production environments
• Basic knowledge of SQL, FBDI, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
