About the role: Sr. MTS - Software Development

We are looking for a Sr. MTS - Software Development to join our Bengaluru Engineering Product team. You will build and scale the test infrastructure platforms that enable engineering teams across Aviatrix to write, onboard, and run their tests efficiently. We need engineers who are hands-on, technically sharp, and passionate about developer productivity as we continue to push Multi-Cloud Networking and Security Services technology forward.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test frameworks and platform tooling that enable engineering teams to onboard and execute their test cases at scale
• Build reusable framework components and APIs that abstract infrastructure complexity and improve developer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate testing needs into well-designed platform capabilities
• Write clean, maintainable code in Golang and/or Python with proper design documentation
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration, and reporting infrastructure across environments
• Drive AI-powered automation within the platform to automate and improve test onboarding, execution, and failure triage

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on platform engineering, developer tooling, or test infrastructure
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python with strong hands-on coding ability
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI for development and automation
• Experience building frameworks, SDKs, or developer-facing tooling used by other engineering teams
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
