Sr. Marketing Executive (Brands and Experiences)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who will own the full marketing lifecycle from strategic planning and campaign execution to post-event analysis while managing our digital presence, influencer ecosystem, and brand partnerships. Someone who isn't just a marketer but knows how to build communities and identify subcultures before they become a trend. You live on the FYP and know the difference between a fad and a subculture, what makes Gen Z hit "Buy Tickets", which influencers actually have pull, and how to turn a 15-second clip into a sold-out show.

Key Responsibilities-

Marketing Strategy Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for events and brand campaigns, focusing on ticket sales, revenue generation and brand amplification. Leverage LLMs (like Claude or Gemini) to brainstorm campaign hooks, simulate audience personas, and rapidly draft multi-channel strategy frameworks.

Content & Social Narrative Curate and manage an always-on content calendar that keeps us top-of-mind. Youll move beyond basic event flyers to create high-value content that doesn't just chase likes but builds a die-hard community.

Performance & Growth Execute Performance Marketing campaignsoptimising ad spend across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms to lower CAC and scale conversions.

Influencer Marketing - Curate and Lead Influencer campaigns from discovery to delivery. You should know whos relevant before they trend and how they can be leveraged.

Promoter & partner management Manage our existing promoter network and, at the same time, also get in relevant partnerships that drive revenue and credibility to the brand.

Event Analytics & Reporting - Create comprehensive pre-event marketing decks outlining strategy, timelines, targets, and creative direction. Develop post-event analysis decks covering ticket sales performance, digital metrics, audience insights, and key learnings.
