Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Planning of the developmental activities for Lighting , Switches and Vehicle charging systems parts in projects
2. Organising the new product development activities for Lighting , Switches and Vehicle charging systems parts meeting time and performance targets of projects
3. Directing the team for avoiding any quality issues and part shortages for new development parts during vehicle build and ramp up
4. Review and Control of Budget
5. Project time line adherance monitoring
6. Reporting and managing key deliverables of the Lighting , Switches and Vehicle charging systems parts group
7. Coordinating key project events quality along with Project team
8. Forward planning and risk identification and management
9. Driving IMCR projects
10. Working with SSU team for driving VoB in line with PD requirements

Experience

12-15 Years

Industry Preferred

4 wheeler automotive Lighting , Switches , startor , alternators , fuel delivery modules

Qualifications

BE /B.Tech
M.E. / M.Tech

General Requirements

Competencies:
1. Technical competence in Lighting , Switches and Vehicle charging systems parts part development
2. Access to semi conductor suppliers and traders
3. Should be very good at timeline management
4. Should have enough experience of risk identification and mitigation
5. Adherenace/ compliance to procedures and processes
6. Communicate well with team members for data updation
General Requirements:
1. Should not have issues in relocation
2. Should not be having a history of frequent job change
3. Collaborative approach
