Job Description

Campaign Analytics: Analyze data from various marketing campaigns to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Use advanced analytical techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements in campaign execution and reporting. Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign workflows and enhance efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing efforts.

Data Management: Utilize tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel to manage and analyze large datasets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.

KPI Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Continuously monitor and report on KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.



Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Clevertap, Moengage).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
