About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager Founders Office to work closely with the Co-founder and
leadership team. This is a high-impact role that demands strategic thinking, operational excellence,
and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to
the Co-founder, ensuring seamless execution of priorities across sales, business development,
customer success and coordination with departments of product, finance, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities in Brief -
Act as a strategic partner to the Co-founder, managing administration of core activities
across business functions.
Co-attend meetings with the Co-founder, prepare minutes, track action items, and ensure
timely execution by respective departments.
Independently review departmental progress and provide insights to the management.
Drive new initiatives across sales, marketing, recruitment, and customer success.
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and investor meetings.
Represent the Co-founder in meetings with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Conduct department-wise reviews and report findings to leadership.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication with
management.
Roles and Activities -
Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate the Co-founders vision into actionable plans and
ensure alignment across teams.
Leadership Enablement: Act as a force multiplier for the Co-founder, enabling sharper focus
on growth and innovation.
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and introduce best
practices across departments.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of
professionalism and trust.
Innovation Driver: Lead special projects and pilot initiatives that contribute to business
expansion and customer delight.
Stakeholder Management: Nurture relationships with investors, partners, and external
collaborators.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development, sales strategy, or
leadership roles.
Strong background in administration, strategic planning, and execution.
Background in sales and marketing would be an added advantage
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in working directly with CXOs or Founders is highly desirable.
