Sr. Manager - Curriculum Design (Pre-Primary/ECE)

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to manage creative projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative team and ensure high-quality output

Plan, execute, and monitor projects (scope, timelines, deliverables)

Manage budgets, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously

Identify risks and ensure timely resolution

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates

Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or similar

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field

47 years of experience in project and team management

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered

Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred

Preschool teaching experience is a strong advantage

Understanding of child development and curriculum design is a plus
