Role: Sr Lead – Machine Learning / Generative AI
Location: Pune preferred, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect & Technical Lead with a strong background in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across industries including Energy, Utilities, Automotive, E-Commerce, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), data engineering, and AI agent frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ML/GenAI solutions across multiple domains.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies aligned with business goals.
•    Develop and optimize ML/DL models for real-world applications in energy, automotive, and manufacturing.
•    Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Copilot agents.
•    Drive innovation in Agentic AI using frameworks like AWS Strands.
•    Mentor and guide data scientists, engineers, and junior architects.
•    Ensure best practices in model governance, MLOps, and data security.
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
•    Lead PoCs and pilot projects for new AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
•    10+ years of industry experience, with 6+ years in Machine Learning and AI.
•    Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
•    Proven expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, and Data Analytics.
•    Experience with data warehousing, data engineering, and solution design.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot agents and their integration in enterprise workflows.
•    Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in Energy & Utility, Automobile, E-Commerce, or Manufacturing industries.
•    Certifications in AWS/GCP or AI/ML specializations.
•    Experience with AI agent orchestration and autonomous systems.
