Sr Interior Designer / Studio Head

We are seeking a full-time Sr Interior Designer / Studio Head to join our team on-site in the Pune Division. The primary responsibilities include leading, managing, and delivering high-quality interior design projects from initial concept to execution. The Studio Head will oversee space planning, architectural detailing, and project coordination, ensuring design standards are upheld while meeting deadlines and budgets. This role will also involve guiding project teams, collaborating with clients, developing concepts, and managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections and placements.

• Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing projects.
• Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and understanding technical detailing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and integration into overall design plans.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor design teams effectively.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Passion for sustainable design and knowledge of eco-friendly materials and practices.
