Sr. Frontend / Mobile Engineer (Angular, Capacitor)

Manage Captive Solutions (MCS) provides seamless offshore hiring, payroll management, and compliance solutions. By managing onboarding, local regulations, and administrative processes, we enable businesses to expand internationally without the need to establish a local office, while leveraging technology to streamline operations.

MCS is currently collaborating with a strategic partner from the US to support their hiring initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with this partner as part of a dedicated project team, contributing to key project deliverables and organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the Angular-based frontend (Web + PWA) end-to-end
• Develop Mobile apps using Capacitor/Ionic
• Build, optimize, and ship features across Web, iOS, and Android
• Manage App Store & Play Store submissions, updates, and compliance
• Occasionally contribute to Node.js service - serverside rendering for the frontend/apps

Someone who -

• Has shipped real apps, not demos
• Comfortable making architectural decisions
• Can debug cross-platform issues (web vs iOS vs Android)
• Understands store rejections and how to avoid them

Required Technical Skills & ExperienceFrontend (Must-Have)

• Expert-level Angular (v14+ preferred)
• Strong TypeScript (not just syntax architecture, typing, DX)
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Advanced HTML5 / CSS3

Solid experience with:

• Responsive layouts & mobile-first design
• CSS architecture (SCSS, BEM, utility-first, or similar)
• Performance optimization (lazy loading, bundle size, change detection)
• Experience consuming REST/JSON APIs and handling auth flows

PWA & Mobile (Critical)

• Proven experience shipping PWAs to production
• Capacitor (strongly preferred) or equivalent hybrid framework
• Wrapping Angular apps for iOS & Android
• Native bridge usage (camera, location, push notifications, deep links)

Experience with:

• App lifecycle handling
• Versioning, builds, and environment configs
• OTA updates / store release strategies
• Analytics & crash reporting (Firebase, Sentry)
• CI/CD for mobile apps

Familiarity with:

• PWA caching strategies (Service Workers, Workbox)
• Monorepos or modular frontend architectures

App Store Experience

Hands-on experience with:

• Apple App Store submission
• Google Play Store submission

Familiar with:

• Store policies & review guidelines
• App signing, provisioning profiles, certificates
• TestFlight / internal testing tracks
• Store metadata, screenshots, compliance updates
• Able to own releases (not someone else handles it)
