Job Description

• Design and validate processes • Plan and implement training programs and track the progress on the same • Support functional teams on proactive processes, project initiatives, integration support and Data integrity • Identify training needs according to needs • Connect with vendors for external training programs • Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements based on analytical findings. • Develop system and domain expertise and participate as a team member on projects • Represent the team on various projects and corporate initiatives. • “Own” and “Drive” all activities essential for business analysis with strong communication skills • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various domains to explain, clarify, elaborate, and finalize training requirements • Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability • Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams • Engage with various groups to deliver their business requirements • Gather, analyze, and provide executive summary level data view for upper-level management • Qualification we seek in you! • Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime; • Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions; • Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts; • Participate in the implementation of new applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
