Sr Engineer / Lead Engineer – BMS

Experience - 5 - 7 years

Were looking for a passionate BMS Engineer to work on next-gen electric motorcycle battery systems, focusing on performance, safety, and innovation.

What Youll Do:

• Design & develop Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs
• Work on circuit design, schematic capture & PCB layout
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware & system teams for EV integration
• Perform testing, validation & safety compliance
• Analyze battery data (SOC, voltage, current, temperature)
• Optimize battery algorithms & cell balancing techniques
• Troubleshoot BMS issues across development & production

What Were Looking For:

• 57 years experience in BMS / EV / battery systems
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital & power electronics
• Hands-on with MATLAB, LTSpice, OrCAD/Cadence
• Understanding of battery chemistry, charging algorithms & safety standards
• Experience in PCB design & embedded systems (C/C++/Python preferred)

Bonus Skills:

DFM/DFA, FMEA, FTA, EV regulations, battery analytics

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
