Role Overview
End-to-end ownership of multi-account global eBay operations withfocuson revenue protection, SLA adherence,logisticscontrol, and teamco-ordination.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor insertion/store/advanced listing fees and prevent leakages
Manage multiple eBay accounts across US,UK,CA, AU, EU
Handle returns, disputes, INR, BBE, feedback removal
Audit freight, shipping costs, and claims (DHL/FedEx)
ManageWebinterpretpromotions, invoices, and sync issues
Ensure KYC, GPSR, LUCID compliance
Operational SLAs & KPIs
98% same-day response to buyer messages
97% tracking upload rate
Returns & disputes within acceptable thresholds
Same-day refunds/replacements
Zero financial leakage errors
Timely claim settlements
TeamCo-ordination
Task delegation and monitoring
