Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for P2P and/or O2C business processes.
• Act as the functional SME and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Drive business process standardization and transformation initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and Dynamics 365 roadmap capabilities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap workshops and define solution approaches.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

• Lead implementation and optimization of: Procurement & Sourcing Vendor Management Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Vendor Collaboration Product Receipt Invoice Matching Inventory Replenishment Warehouse-related procurement processes

• Lead implementation and optimization of: Sales Order Management Pricing & Discounts Customer Management Inventory Availability Warehouse Fulfillment Transportation Processes Shipping & Distribution Customer Invoicing Returns Management

• Lead functional workstreams through all project phases: Discovery Design Build Testing Deployment Hypercare
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, reporting, and data migration.
• Support UAT planning and execution.
• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.

• Collaborate with business users, process owners, and leadership teams.
• Conduct executive-level solution walkthroughs and design reviews.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants and analysts.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
