Hiring: Senior IAM & AI Security Engineer | Hyderabad

Position Details:

Location: Hyderabad (WFO 3 days a week compulsory).

Client: Leading US-based Healthcare Data Analytics Client.

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Security Architecture team, with a deep focus on IAM, AI Security and next-generation Authorization systems. This role involves applying security principles to Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), safeguarding AI models and data pipelines, and designing robust, scalable authorization layers using technologies like API Gateways. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a strong execution mindset and a background in secure software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure AI/ML: Perform security assessments on MLOps platforms and data pipelines.

Next-Gen Identity: Design fine-grained Authorization controls for AI endpoints and secure connectivity via API Gateways.

Security Automation: Build and deploy internal security tools using Python, Go, or Java.

Threat Modeling: Lead exercises for new AI services and identity components.

Identity Excellence: Enhance IGA/PAM solutions for service accounts and data access roles.

• Track and follow up on remediation efforts, working closely with AI/ML Engineering and Data Science teams to drive closure.
• Coordinate, execute, and manage security testing for AI systems, including model integrity and adversarial attack simulations.
• Support secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices, including design reviews for both traditional applications and new MLOps pipelines.
• Contribute to the design and development of internal security automation and tooling, requiring a hands-on software development approach.

Required Expertise:

Identity & Access Management: Strong experience with IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), and SSO/IdP (Okta, Azure AD, Ping).

Cloud Security (AWS): Deep knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, VPC, GuardDuty, CloudTrail) and Zero Trust Architecture.

Platform Security: Experience with CNAPP/CSPM tools (Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, or Orca).

AI Security: Solid grasp of OWASP Top 10 and the OWASP LLM and API Security Top 10 / AI risks (evasion, poisoning, extraction).

Secure Development: Hands-on ability to write secure code and integrate DevSecOps practices.

• AI/ML Security & Assurance
• Strong understanding of identity solutions (SSO, IGA, and PAM) in a service-oriented architecture.
• Identity, Authorization & API Security
• Experience securing Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data science environments.
• Knowledge of applying security controls to AI data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of advanced Authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth, fine-grained access control).
• Direct experience implementing and securing services via API Gateways.
• Application & DevSecOps Security
• Understanding of secure SDLC and DevSecOps integration, specifically for microservices.
• Threat & Adversary Modeling
• Good understanding of threat modeling methodologies.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it applies to real-world attacks.
